As the title suggests, this is a fast. It takes about two weeks to complete, however once you're done, you will be fully cleansed! Try it!

Kettlebells are these insane balls of heaviness with a handle attached. They range from about $30 to $170 depending on the weight of the Kettlebell. Onnit now offer some Kettlebells at a reasonable price-ish. The exercises are used to build really usable muscle, not the sort which is often gained doing arm curl reps. Onnit provide a really good balanced nootropic called "AlphaBrain". I have used for my exams and I take it before i need to write anything long and/or important.
